My names Laura, 33 year old mum of 2. I'm a naturally empathetic person with huge amounts of love, sensitivity and kindness to offer anyone in need. I have experience supporting children and adults with additional needs and disabilities. I have experience and knowledge of a wide range of mental health issues including personality disorders, ADHD, depression, addiction and grief. My life has led me to a place where I have learnt many lessons and I have strived to arm myself with tools and resources to tackle problems and help myself be happy. I want to be able to share the skills I've gained and help anyone who is need of support in a specific area of their life or offer companionionship for anyone looking for a friend. It comes naturally to me to care about the people I build relationships and I will find it a great pleasure in reaching out to you to check in daily or whenever suits you and always be available on request.
